Sparks Of Insanity By Vinny "Bond" Marini Wednesday, November 25, 2009

One of my fraternity brothers has been a photographer for many years, having done fashion and other genres…

Now, he has dedicated his time to helping others…you can check out his website BRUCE BYERS PHOTOGRAPHY by clicking on the link. To go directly to his mission work, you can click HERE

The foundation he is working with at this time is the Hope Foundation For Women & Children Of Bangladesh, Inc.

Chase Bank is making donations to various charities based upon votes over on FaceBook…I am asking you to pledge your vote over there and help Bruce and the foundation.

You can go HERE TO VOTE.

Bruce writes: “As many of you know, I am a photographer who documents medical missions around the world. In 2007 I traveled with Dr Shahid Aziz to Bangladesh on a cleft mission. Through Hope Foundation I am helping raise funds to build an OR in a clinic in southern Bangladesh . I am working with the Rotary Club of Kingston NY to help make this happen. ...Building this OR would make it possible for many missions to work there.

We hope to have it built by Jan of 2011 for a Cleft mission to go there to help many children.”

If you also care to donate; please send tax deductible donations to

Hope Foundation For Women & Children Of Bangladesh, Inc.
5416 Nw 190th St.
Miami , FL 33055

Please mention Bruce Byers when donating. This will direct it to the building of the OR.

Mission Statement of the Charity:
Hope Foundation aims to give access to healthcare for poverty stricken and destitute women and children of Bangladesh by establishing hospitals, medical clinics, providing preventative health education to the general population and implement rehabilitative services for the disabled and injured.

There are over 150,000 children that need our help.

So, not even asking you to donate money. Just take 2 minutes, go over and follow the link above and vote for Bruce's Foundation and let Chase put up the cash...

Much appreciated all...

  13. Gotta step up on my soapbox a minute here, why do we send our help to other countries when the children of America and adults are hurting and suffering too. Isn't there a saying charity begins at home? When folks here aren't homeless and hungry that is when I help outside the USA.

Hope you and Nancy had a great T-day.
