I keep thinking that I should make up stuff ahead of time and freeze it too, but never do. My sister is good about doing things like that. Plus, she never cuts down recipes even though it's just her and her husband. They always have leftovers and stuff in the freezer for lunches or for nights when they are short on time. I rarely have leftovers. Except the big stuff like Spaghetti or beef stew. Stuff like that.

I knew food was majorly involved in your weekend festivities. The freezing of meals saves sooo much time and even I (on a good day) can do that. Thanks for the inspiration.
